COMO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all return, exchange, and refund requests made to QF Apparels Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1095810-K) (“COMO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing products through como.life, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Policy. All returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions below, and COMO reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.


Return Eligibility and Notification Period

Customers must notify COMO of any return or exchange request within fourteen (14) days from the date the order is received. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Only products that meet the following standards will be considered eligible for return or exchange:

  • The item must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in good, sellable condition.

  • The item must be free from stains, odours, damage, dirt, perfume scents, sweat marks, or any signs of wear.

  • All original packaging, product tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact and in good condition.

Items that fail to meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own cost.


Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, COMO does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following categories:

  • Underwear and innerwear (including briefs, mini, shorty, trunk, woven boxer, thermal innerwear)

  • Socks

  • Accessories

  • Promotional items, discounted items, or Buy 1 Free 1 items

  • Any items labelled as non-returnable, final sale, or clearance

Only shirts, tops, outerwear, bottoms and other non-innerwear apparel are eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet the conditions stated in this Policy.


Exchange Policy

COMO allows exchanges strictly for size only. Exchange for a different colour, design, collection, or product category is not permitted.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, COMO may offer:

  • An exchange for another eligible item of equal value; or

  • A store credit refund for future purchases; or

  • Further options upon communication with our customer service team, subject to COMO’s discretion.

Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by COMO.


Refund Policy

COMO does not offer cash refunds. Refunds will be issued as store credit only, except in cases where COMO determines otherwise at its sole discretion.
Store credit:

  • Will be issued after the returned item is inspected and approved

  • Is valid only for use on como.life

  • Is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash

Customers may contact COMO’s customer service for clarification or special cases. COMO reserves the right to assess such requests individually and make final determinations where necessary.


Refunds for Atome Instalment Payments

For orders paid via Atome, refunds will follow Atome’s internal refund process and timeline. COMO does not have control over:

  • Atome billing cycles

  • Instalment adjustments

  • Processing timeframes

  • Atome fees or penalties (if any)

Once COMO approves a return and processes the store credit or partial refund, any instalment cancellation or adjustment will be handled exclusively by Atome according to their terms and conditions.


Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. COMO will not bear any shipping costs for returns, size exchanges, or change-of-mind requests.

COMO will cover return shipping fees only when the product is confirmed to be defective, faulty, or incorrect. In such cases, COMO may provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse shipping costs at its discretion.

Shipping fees paid during the original purchase (e.g., delivery charges) are non-refundable under all circumstances.


 Defective, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If an item is believed to be defective, faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers must notify COMO within the 14-day period and provide the following mandatory proof:

  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

  • Video evidence if necessary

  • Order number and relevant details

COMO will evaluate all claims based on the evidence provided. Approval of defect claims is subject to COMO’s sole assessment. Items damaged due to improper use, handling, storage, washing, or wear and tear are not considered defective.


Strictly No Change-of-Mind Returns

COMO does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Preference for another colour or design

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Purchasing the wrong item intentionally

  • Price changes or promotions appearing after purchase

Only items that meet the conditions for defect, size exchange, or eligible category return will be considered.


Inspection and Approval Process

All returned items are subject to inspection by COMO. Approval or rejection will be determined based on the item’s condition, packaging, and adherence to this Policy. COMO’s decision is final and binding.

Items failing inspection will be returned to the customer at their own cost.


Amendments to This Policy

COMO reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Return & Refund Policy at any time. All amendments will take effect upon publication on the Website. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
